STEP 1: SPRAY

Using Diversey's hospital grade HP disinfectant cleaner all surfaces inside your restroom are sprayed including fixtures, toilets, urinals, walls and floors. A built in pressure nozzle effectively removes any built in soil.

Enzymes seek out and digest all sources of urine and other contaminates throughout, effectively removing their odor sources as well.

Using a Motor-scrubber all floor surfaces are deep scrubbed at 350- rpm's. Hard to reach areas including behind the toilet and under sinks are effectively cleaned removing all built up soil and contaminates from the tile and grout.

Baseboards, corners and edges are all treated with the scrubber, reducing the unsightly build up that can accumulate over time.

STEP 2: DEEP SCRUB

Using a Kaviac no-touch cleaning system all surfaces are completely vacuumed dry removing soils, bacteria and other bio-hazardous contaminants.

Unlike mop and bucket systems, dirty water is 100% removed from the floor instead of re-drying in grout lines - leading to discoloration and foul odors.

STEP 3: EXTRACT

Using a Sphergo surface cleaning tool and color coded microfiber pad, all walls and partitions are wiped down completely from top to bottom. Tops of partitions are wiped to remove dust.

Ceiling vents are thoroughly cleaned to remove dust as well as light fixtures, corners and edges. Finally all mirrors are cleaned using a new microfiber pad to a streak free shine.

STEP 4: HIGH SURFACES

Using color coded microfiber, to avoid cross-contamination, all fixtures are towel dried and polished including toilets, urinals, grab bars, door handles, sinks, counters, trash cans, dispensers and air dryers.

Special attention is giving to toilet bases, sink basins, and handles. Proper disinfectant dwell time is required to ensure 100% removal of all germs and bacteria.

STEP 5: DETAIL

Using Fresh Products line of odor control options, we can replace air fresheners, urinal screens, urinal mats, commode mats and toilet bowl clips. Application of tank and drain treatment is also available.

Additionally we can replace and restock all toilet tissue, paper towels, liners, sanitary napkins, hand soap and seat covers.
