QUALITY CONTROL
Bayside utilizes ISSA awarding winning CleanTelligent mobile software to perform onsite quality control inspections. Inspection frequencies are determined by the frequency of services performed and range from once per week up to once per month.
Clients can view all inspections online via our Customer Login portal. Deficiencies are reported directly to employees and resolutions are tracked internally until completion.
Employees are rewarded for high scoring inspections, additionally if scores are below expectations we immediately work to re-train employees to reduce deficiencies. Re-inspections follow to ensure complete satisfaction.
OPEN COMMUNICATION

We believe in increased transparency. Clients always stay up-to-date on the status of our cleaning efforts. Reports allow you to review inspection results and see the most repetitive problems in your facility.
Concerns can be communicated through our online portal. When a client submits a deficiency a work order is automatically created and assigned to the appropriate Management, Supervisor and Crew. Stay informed of our progress by tracking the work orders completion in real time.
MOBILE SURVEYS
We easily create, print out, and place QR codes in areas such as restrooms and hallways.
Anyone can scan the QR code with a mobile device, fill out an anonymous survey, and inform us of needed cleaning services.
We'll address problems with impressive speed before they become bigger issues.
